SPD and Chris Johnson ventured down to Lewes, outside of Brighton, to demonstrate how easy it is to take a hiring using My Taxi outside of the driver’s current licence area. To compound on this, according to MyTaxi record the drivers current licence has expired and a new one is yet to be submitted. What provision are in place to prevent drivers without a licence accepting a hiring on the app.
